VENUES & VENDORS SOURCING
Creation of your wedding design using mood-boards, sketches, 3D renderings and all digital files that might help you to imagine your design. From florists selections, stationery, napkins and tablecloth, to light garlands and all little details. Management of your entire wedding design.
Selection of your dream venue and scouting visits. Quality vendors sourcing and vendors’ management (catering, music, photo, film, flower, stationery, beauty, dress/suit, favors …).
COORDINATION
ORGANISATION
Attendance during the wedding day for: coordination of all vendors contracted and wedding timeline management, supervising the set-up of the ceremony and reception locations, to make sure everything goes according to plan. Oversee the ushers and seating of guests, facilitate the ceremony processional and direct all entertainment, announcements and events during the reception.
Providing as many hours as may be necessary of consultations, to explain the planning process, answer questions, and advise and guide the couple with respect to the wedding decision-making and etiquette. Organising logistical venue's visit with vendors, digital tools for the follow-up of the wedding planning, private online space to discuss and exchange files/ideas, appointment management with vendors selected, budget management. For your guests: we can provide accommodation list and entertainment during their stay and transfer management from airport or train station.
We will also strive to work and support local vendors, recycle and use ethically-sourced options where available.

Full-service wedding planning & design starts at €12,000 (VAT included).

After this first consultation, your wedding planner will send you a custom quote, a contract and an estimated budget according to your needs, expectations and priorities. Then we agree on details and start planning your dream day.
It’s crucial for us to get to know you, before we sign any contracts and plan any details. A frist consultation via Zoom / What'sApp / Facetime..., to know each other better, to discuss about your dream day and about our process in details.
